WHAT IS AWAKEN WORSHIP COHORT?
Founded in 2020 by Pastors Scott and Lydia Ingegneri of Awaken Ministries International, the Awaken Worship and Creative Arts Cohort is a ministry leadership experience designed specifically for worship and creative arts leaders serving in local church leadership and beyond. To date, 62 participants have graduated, representing 40 churches across the United States.
Over the course of five months, we will have powerful times of teaching and conversation. We will walk through a purposeful outline in both class instruction and life coaching sessions. There will be space between sessions for you to do deeper work on your own in practicum and spiritual growth. You will walk away from this cohort with a greater understanding of your identity and calling, gain biblical insight, and learn to lead at new levels.
The cohort is led by an experienced and dedicated team of pastors, theologians, worship arts leaders, life coaches, and mentors who are ready and excited to invest in you. Our heart is to champion you to be the best you can be in your God-given assignment, whether that be in the sacred and the secular.
Due to the intimate and intentional nature of this program, there will be limited spots available.

There is a financial commitment for this cohort because investing in your growth is a worthwhile investment. We do not want you to enter into this commitment lightly. Your investment, as well as that of the leaders of this program, matters greatly. We believe your commitment will yield a great return.
THE SUMMIT EXPERIENCE
Participant is responsible for travel and lodging costs such as airfare, rental car or Lyft/Uber, hotel or AirBnb.
The Summit is the culmination of the entire cohort experience; bringing all participants together for a power-packed three days of community, worship, teaching and practicum, prophetic impartation and commissioning. A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the Summit. Attendance is mandatory unless a medical emergency prohibits you from being present.

COHORT INCLUDES:
Monthly Zoom Sessions
5 zoom sessions of 2 hours
45 min teaching, 45 min Q+ A, 30 min community groups
Attendance is mandatory.
Monthly Coaching Sessions
5 zoom sessions of 2 hours
Guided instruction, response and community with triad partner and coach.
Attendance is mandatory.
Community
Connect with other participants through a private community space and at the in-person Summit in Nashville, TN April 30-May 2, 2025
Additional Mentoring and Counseling (optional)
Optional mentoring (free of charge for duration of the cohort) and unlimited optional counseling sessions ($50 per session) are offered for the duration of the cohort.
